This product CAN only test 12V for compliance with OBD2,EOBD standards, which are one of the five agreements: CAN, J1850 PWM, J1850 VPW, ISO9141, KWP2000 for gasoline/diesel/hybrid vehicles.

All 24V carts, trucks, and electric vehicles are not detectable.

No Chinese.

It can detect the voltage of automobile battery.
