Abortion

abortionTerminating the healthy life of those who have not actually maliciously deprived the life of others is wrong.

If you only perceive that you will be deprived by letting a healthy life live, then negatively act upon it, you are a slave to your vanity and greed. You are selfish. You do not think of the welfare of others but only of yourself. All the excuses that you can come up with will revolve around your greedy choices without ever considering the possible prosperity of the other. You do not care or respect the life of another.

Life is precious. Not just yours. We all have our freedom of choice to do what we want to do. This is one of the most precious gift from God: FREEWILL. But we must exercise this freewill without ever violating the rights of others. We must always consider PRUDENCE.

The government under whose umbrella of authority and law that you live in may declare that abortion is illegal. Or it may make it illegal to have an abortion after a designated amount of time during pregnancy.

  • If your government makes abortion illegal altogether, then it is your obligation to follow the law.
  • If your government makes abortion within a designated pregnancy period legal, then you must make your decision to have an abortion within that time frame.
  • If your government provides conditions for legal abortion because of the following reasons:
    1. You have been raped. You did not entice it. You were maliciously deprived. You must exercise this right within the legal time frame given by government.
    2. The fetus is deformed and most likely won’t survive per doctor’s diagnosis.
    3. Per recognized doctor’s advice, the pregnant woman will most likely die if pregnancy continues.
Other than the above reasons, abortion is done because of vanity and/or greed.

On the issue of FUNDING

  • It is your human right to make choices. Nobody has the right to take this away from you. Yes it is your choice!
  • But should it be the burden of the government to pay for your vanity abortion? Should the government mandate insurance companies to pay for abortions?
  • Vanity abortions (not within the 3 conditions) must be paid out of pocket by the pregnant woman, her guardians or benefactors and face the consequences under law.

The consequences of pregnancy

Unintended or unplanned pregnancy can create adverse consequences to a person, partner, family or social status of everybody involved or related.

  • Financial consequence: Adding the cost of the pregnancy plus supporting another life can devastate the financial stability of an individual. The easy solution is abortion.
  • Shame in the family. Loss in family status. The easy solution is abortion.
  • Relationship: The partner does not want the pregnancy and will terminate the relationship if the pregnancy continues. The easy solution is abortion.
  • Social life is definitely affected. Going out with friends and partying will be a thing of the past. The easy solution is abortion.
  • Job sustainability. Depending on work relationship, pregnancy may end this opportunity. The easy solution is abortion.
  • Vanity: All the negatives that goes along with pregnancy take its toll on the beautiful body. The easy solution is abortion.

Think of the alternative. Think about adoption. Save a life. Remember, if the pregnancy was not your decision and health is the issue, then talk to your friends, your family and see your doctor. But if it is your irresponsible decision (mistake) that puts you in the situation that you are in now then do not take the easy way out. Put your fears, anxiety, shame and vanity aside and accept humility. Be responsible.

Do not hitch on to this freight train of bad decision that may or may not forever scar you with guilt and regret.

Government must have no emotions

Government[1] must be and always be of the people, by the people and for the people. Government[1]  unifies the people under law. These people are the citizens and legal residents of the country which is governed. A “government” is a possession of the people. It is an instrument. It can be used to mold or destroy. It can be manipulated. It has no feelings. It has no compassion. It feels no pity. It has a set of rules, laws and its constitution. The people elected to run or wield this powerful unemotional instrument must follow the set of rules laid down and never let their personal emotions get in the way.

A government[1] is created to protect the possessions (physical and intellectual) of the people inside the domain and each of their individual human rights to pursue prosperity and happiness. The government[1] will protect the human rights and possessions of its citizens and legal residents from the malicious deprivers from within (insiders) and without (outsiders). The human rights of people outside the government[1] will be upheld but it will never be its obligation to protect their rights.

Other governments may have internal problems. But that’s it. It is their problem. They must be left alone. They may have some human rights violation therein, but this government[1] must never interfere without first exercising prudence. However, this government[1] must never let the tentacles of that other government touch the entity of this government[1] . If inadvertently, legal residents, citizens and business establishments of this government[1]  are already involved in that country whose leader has no respect for human rights, that country will be warned and consequences will be laid out for not respecting human rights.

The duty of the government[1] will always be to protect its property, possessions, citizens and legal residents first, everyone else comes second and only if they form an alliance with “quid pro quo” not to the leaders but to the nation who seeks the help or alliance. It is the duty of government[1] to provide free healthcare and education to its people. Healthy and educated legal residents and citizens give prosperity to the nation. Without them the country won’t stand a chance to protect itself and prosper. Government[1] must always strive to improve upon what it has. Always striving to improve its system of security so no other nations or organizations  can attempt to undermine it or conquer it from within or without.

The government[1] must always protect its borders. However, it should always welcome immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers after proper vetting is done. For the influx of refugees, it will maintain immigration processing camps. Those who comply will be allowed residence and those who fail the vetting or who complain about the process will be sent back to their country.

Abolish political parties

Every form of government creates politics. There will always be groups of people who will try to dominate and control the government because they think they can do the best for the people. These groups of people create political parties. Then they convince the general populace that only their members are most qualified to run for office. The #1 priority of each political party is for the financing or funding of their organization. To serve the people is only secondary. The candidate’s priority may be to serve the people but that is not the priority of the political parties.

There must be a national law  prohibiting a candidate to run for government office while representing an organization. He can be a member of any organization but he should be prohibited to represent that organization when running for office. All candidates running for office must represent themselves only (as an independent). He/she may get the legal campaign support from anyone.

Once a certain political party dominates the politics of the nation, that party is in full control. It is no longer the will on the elected official that rules, it is the will of the party that the politician belongs to that rules. Then the party manipulates the media or public opinion to keep their political champion as the hero of the nation or community. A political party campaigns hard and spends tons of money to get the support of the common people. However, when their champion gets elected, they behave just as any organization for profit does, everything is for the company. They only support products or activities that will win the support of the general populace. As an example: If saving the dog will create more political support vs saving the cat? Then save the dog. Saving both will only be a second thought.

No more US foreign aid without reciprocation – Invest in immigration

Us Aid

America is a government of the people, by the people and for the people. The people of the United States of America. The health, welfare and security of its citizens and residents must come first and not other nations.

The elderly of the USA must have assisted care from the government. It was their blood, sweat and tears that brought prosperity and security to this country.

The veterans must not be ignored. They protected this country from foreign invasion.

The homeless must be attended to. There is no excuse for the US government to allow homelessness. All the reasons they come up with to explain the crisis are nothing but excuses.

Foreign Aid is one of the biggest problems of America. Helping the needy is indeed important. But the people of America must always come first, then whatever is extra can be allocated for foreign aid.

  1. Foreign US aid without reciprocation must stop. The United States of America is not a charitable institution. Besides the aid does not come from the citizens of the USA. It comes from the political government, wasting the money of the people that should go towards alleviating the needs of the veterans, homeless, the sick, the unemployed and the farmers of america. We need to maintain and strengthen our security in order for us to continue to expand our prosperity.Yes we do need to build alliances with other nations. Alliance does not mean that the USA must do the handouts. Alliance is about balance. Alliance is built by a give and take relationship with respect.Foreign US aid is NOT and obligation. Congress must repeal all
laws making foreign aid mandatory. The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), must be dismantled and the law revoked. Foreign aid must be on case by case basis only. Aid will only go to countries if they are suffering from catastrophic disasters. Military assistance must never be given unless there is a contractual reciprocal obligation from the other country. If the country refuses, then don’t give it. Let that country come to the USA and ask for help at the right “price”. Alliance must be formed before military aid is given. The alliance must be balanced and never lopsided.Instead of foreign aid, develop the PEACE CORPS program. This program is an advertising program of the USA and it helps train young Americans. This program uplifts the USA. This program allows Americans to showcase America by helping other countries where alliances can grow. It allows young Americans to understand how other countries operate and better understand them. This program is not a handout.

    • Examples of useless foreign aid:
      • The ongoing military aid to Afghanistan. Billions of dollars are spent each year for the last 20 years. What do we get from Afghanistan? Grief and dead military personnel. Soldiers who come back disabled and without proper support.
      • Military aid to Ukraine: Over a billion dollars in assistance to Ukraine without reciprocation. What has Ukraine done for the United States of America? There is no give and take here. Yet this is becoming the biggest scandal in the world (2017-2020). Why? Since when did Military aid or foreign assistance become an obligation? There was no threat to the USA security. If countries want military aid, that country should pay for it. The obligation of the US government is towards its people first.
      • John C. Law, Deputy Chief of Mission of the US Embassy in the Philippines, said aside from the security and military assistance, about $250 million worth of assistance is regularly given to the country in areas of security, military equipment, and exchange programs, “the US government is also providing the Philippines some $60 to $70 million a year mainly for the conduct of exchange programs”.
        • “For development-type programs, financial assistance was mostly associated with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), such as the aquatic resources research that amounts to $100 million a year, plus those activities which are in line with disaster relief and humanitarian assistance,” Law said.
        • “Another financial assistance that is given yearly is intended for law enforcement activities of the Philippine National Police (PNP), which are in line in fighting illegal drugs, smuggling, and strengthening the judicial sector,” Law said.
        • “For these activities, the US government is giving (more or less) $250 million a year,” he reiterated.
          • The Philippines does not reciprocate. Instead of gratitude, the president of the Philippines, Duterte, insults the USA and even accuses the USA of historical injustices and barbarism.
  2. Refugee Assistance: Every prosperous nation has the moral responsibility to assist those who are in need. But this is not an obligation. The obligation of the country is to take care of its citizens and residents first.
    • Should people be accepted in as refugees from other countries, those refugees must first swear a pledge of allegiance to the assisting country. If they refuse to swear allegiance, then they can stay in the country that they love and suffer while they are in it.
    • There are several examples around the world where refugees were taken in without any pledge of allegiance (USA is one of them), where the refugees become demanding and disrespectful of the laws of the country. The abuse even gets worse when human rights activists support the demands of the refugees without respect of the laws and sometimes putting their demands above the rights of citizens and legal residences. A simple pledge of allegiance before accepting them in would have solved all the problems. Because this gives them an obligation to respect and participate, otherwise they can be sent back where they came from without violation and repercussions from “liberals”.
      • The idea of micro-chipping (with gps locator in deep muscle) the asylum seekers or refugees must not be dismissed, and keeping this micro-chip in for at least three years. If after three years they have proven that they are no longer a financial burden to America, the micro-chip can be removed. Otherwise, they will be deported back to the country they came from.
    • There are many politicians, who seem to think that it is the obligation of USA to provide healthcare to refugees and even as far as suggesting an open border. As mentioned before, it is a moral responsibility to help, but it is not an obligation. Refugees must understand that in order for them to get help, they must pledge an allegiance to the USA. There should be no negotiation to this.
  3. United States Department of State: Headed by the Secretary of State under the executive branch of the US government is one of the biggest culprit in siphoning money out of the country and into foreign lands under the guise of security, maintaining the stability of foreign relations and diplomatic missions. Yes we have to keep our security strong. However, there is no need to bribe other countries with charities that is not reciprocated.

  4. Immigration: Instead of pouring money into foreign aid, invest in immigration. We need workers. Help build the workforce of the U.S.A. Make the vetting process easier. Make it easier for foreigners to come to America as legal immigrants. Reconfigure existing refugee camps into immigrant processing camps and create more so it will be easier for foreigners to escape the bondage of their country. While in these immigration processing camps, they will be vetted. While staying in these camps they will be made to work for a living. No free stuff. They will not be a burden on society. Once vetted they are free to leave the camp. It is not a prison, it is a vetting processing camp. Those who complain are always welcome to leave and go back to their country.

In the fiscal year of 2017 and as a matter of public record, the Total economic and military assistance given by the USA to other countries amounted to $49.87 billion. And the people of the USA did not benefit from this. Only the powerful political parties did.
